the conversion

Ashley Hall was originally constructed as a Victorian church. It was later bought by the Salvation Army and then by Investmonte Ltd in 2000.

In 2010 Ashley Hall was converted from 10 rooms with shared facilities into 13 studio flats. This involved a total re-construction of the interior of the building and the construction of a new level to accomodate four of the studios.

Both sound and thermol insulation were hugely improved. As were the fire precautions.

The additional frontage of the building was constructed with added features to compliment the original building.

A new level of staircase was added to compliment the existing.
